Fees and Refunds
Because transportation costs are minimal, a single all-inclusive convention registration fee will cover attendance at all events, transportation to/from Battle Creek, daily courtesy van if requested, the convention banquet, two meals in Battle Creek, and two afterglow food receptions (with cash bar). Radisson Plaza Hotel guests receive a complimentary breakfast included in the specially discounted AGO convention room rate.

Refunds
A refund, less a processing fee of $50.00, will be made upon written request if received by May 1, 2013. No refunds after May 1, 2013. Please send written requests to:

Return Check Fee
A return check fee of $45.00 will be charged for checks returned for insufficient funds.
