Thank you for taking the time to consider exhibiting at what promises to be a great Regional Convention of the American Guild of Organists in 2013. We will be headquartered at the Radisson Plaza Hotel in downtown Kalamazoo. This luxurious setting will be the place where all exhibits will be viewed by attendees to this marvelous convention, which will include memorable performances, stimulating workshops, great fellowship with colleagues, and an array of beautiful instruments by Casavant, Dobson, Létourneau, Ott, Skinner, and more. And this is only the beginning!
We have scheduled exhibit hours during registration, breakfasts and evening free times, where you will be assured of the greatest impact with attendees. In addition, more than one major reception is scheduled to take place in the exhibitor area. This will be the place to be!
We are offering a 20% discount in rates if you choose to both exhibit at the convention and advertise in the convention Program Book. I’m hoping this will prove to be the best (and most profitable) place for you to be as far as the American Guild of Organists is concerned for 2013.
