Dear Prospective Advertiser,
The Southwest Michigan Chapter of the American Guild of Organists (AGO) is honored to host the Region V Convention, Great Lakes • Swell Organs, June 30 – July 3, 2013. The convention is a compact 3½ days in the centers of Kalamazoo and Battle Creek, Michigan, and will feature 12 magnificent performances and 15 workshops. AGO conventions are unique opportunities where concert performers, church musicians, presenters, businesses, educational institutions, publishers and friends of the organ connect in one location at one time. We invite you to place an advertisement in our convention Program Book.
The convention Program Book is a marvelous opportunity for you to reach this select audience of professional church musicians. You can showcase your talents as a performer or presenter, your business, or your church or educational institution.
In addition to advertising in the Program Book, we invite you to consider sponsoring or underwriting a specific convention event: a concert, reception, worship service, or workshop. Event sponsors will receive special recognition in the convention Program Book. Workshops will be for registrants only, but all performances will be open to the public, thereby providing additional visibility for sponsors.
Most attendees will come from AGO Region V, which includes the states Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Kentucky. Further specifics on our convention and area attractions are available on the convention website at www.agokalamazoo.org.
Also enclosed are pages with detailed information and a contract showing the pricing for various sizes of advertisement. We have planned the Program Book to be a helpful and useful tool during this convention, as well as serve as an archive of what promises to be an outstanding regional convention. Exhibitors who choose to advertise in the Program Book will receive a 20% discount on rates for both the exhibit and the advertisement.
