Transportation Assistance
Great Lakes • Swell Organs is a "Walking Convention," and no distance between local sites is more than an 8-10 minute walk for most people. A courtesy shuttle will be provided for those attending the convention who are unable to walk the short distances involved, in Battle Creek as well as in Kalamazoo. If you will need to use this, or other special transportation, please indicate on the registration form. (Charter buses will be provided at no extra charge to transport all convention registrants to Battle Creek for the final day in the Cereal City.)
Dietary Restrictions
The Hospitality Committee will make every attempt to accommodate vegetarian or other dietary restrictions as needed in meals covered by the convention registration fee. Please indicate specific dietary restrictions on the registration form, and questions can be emailed to info@agokalamazoo.org. If you stay at the Radisson Plaza Hotel, a complimentary breakfast is included in the specially discounted convention room rate.
